Reason: I've loved 'The Ladies' for quiet awhile, but much
more after I saw David wonderfully playing the egg

they have this sharp sense of humor that have always
reminded me of David, so I guess that's why David

Reason: This 1991 film, winner of five Oscars (Best Picture, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Director, Best Adapted Screenplay), continues to be my all-time favorite piece of cinema. There are continuous hints of The X-Files throughout, and yet it contains so much uniqueness that comparison is impossible. This film intrigues, disturbs, and horrifies while bringing to life some of the most captivating characters of our time. A classic, and one every X-Phile is sure to appreciate and treasure.

Reason: Remember before you had a CD player and you bought your first CD? Well, this should be the first thing that you buy on DVD even if you don't yet have a player. The show looks and sounds amazing, and the special features are great. The most fun is seeing the commercial for the Pilot before it aired - it's fun to watch and you can select the scenes... Mulder's black boxer shorts in "Fire"? Get them on screen at the touch of a button! What could be better than that?

Reason: This is my favourite role of Gillian's - next to Scully of course. It's a love story without being a sappy "chick flick", the character development is great and the ending is wonderful. It is one of the few films I have seen and liked that is based on script rather than special effects!
